Agreement to these terms

iDesign Souq (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the store at idesignsouq.com, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use iDesign Souq

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Orders & acceptance

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation — that's the moment a contract is formed. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order, for example if:

• an item is out of stock or a listing contained an obvious error;
• we couldn't process your payment;
• we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms; or
• the personalization requested breaks the rules below.

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processor. We don't store your full card details.

Personalization & your content

The heart of what we do is making things personal. When you give us text, names, images, artwork, or other content for a custom item (“your content”), the following applies:

• You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to produce, package, deliver, and support your order.
• You confirm you have the right to use it. You promise that your content doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights, and that you have permission to use any photo, logo, or artwork you upload.
• You're responsible for accuracy. We reproduce personalization exactly as you submit it. Please double-check spelling and details — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
• We can decline content. We may refuse or cancel any order with content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, infringing, or that we consider inappropriate, at our discretion.
• You'll cover us if there's a claim. You agree to indemnify iDesign Souq against any third-party claim arising from content you provided.

Shipping, returns & refunds

We ship the personalized goods you order to the address you provide; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are governed by ourReturns & Refunds policy — in short, personalized items are final sale, but we'll replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or not as approved.

Our intellectual property

Everything on this site that isn't your content — our designs, product photography, text, logos, and branding — belongs to iDesign Souq and is protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use it without our written permission.

Things you agree not to do

When using our site, you agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• upload offensive, misleading, or infringing content;
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the site;
• use the site to defraud others or impersonate anyone; or
• resell our products as your own without authorization.

Disclaimers & liability

We put real care into our products and our site, but we provide both “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDesign Souq isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, with the “last updated” date shown above. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
