Tracking: You can track your order directly through I Design Souq once it has been shipped.
Delivery Attempts: One delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
